War Plan Crimson - Half-tone Cover Art

This is closer to the final finished cover art for War Plan Crimson. The half-tone effect that I was aiming for makes it more "historical." Note the extra smoke clouds around the Peace Tower. I wanted to make it look a bit like the famous photo of the dome of St. Paul's Cathedral taken during the Blitz. I think it works nicely.
